By accessing or using The Boob Bus website ("Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Services Overview

The Boob Bus, LLC provides mobile 3D mammography screening services across Utah. This Site allows you to view our schedule, learn about our services, and book screening appointments online. The Boob Bus is not a hospital, emergency care provider, or diagnostic facility. We provide screening mammograms only.

3. Medical Disclaimer

The content on this Site is for educational and informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. A screening mammogram is not a substitute for a clinical examination or diagnostic workup. Always consult your healthcare provider with questions about your health or before making medical decisions.

4. Booking & Appointments

• Scheduling: Appointments are booked online on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to availability.
• Confirmation: After booking, you will receive a confirmation email with your appointment details. It is your responsibility to verify the date, time, and location.
• Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years of age to book an appointment. Screening mammograms are generally recommended for women aged 40 and older; patients under 40 may be subject to different insurance coverage.
• Preparation: Please follow the preparation instructions provided in your confirmation (e.g., no deodorant, lotion, or powder on screening day).

5. Cancellation & No-Show Policy

• You may cancel or reschedule your appointment at any time before the screening using the link provided in your confirmation email.
• If you are unable to attend, we encourage you to cancel as early as possible so another patient can take your spot.
• There is no cancellation fee at this time. The Boob Bus reserves the right to introduce a cancellation or no-show policy in the future with advance notice.

6. Pricing & Payment

• A bilateral screening mammogram costs $349 for self-pay patients.
• We accept insurance, cash, credit/debit cards, HSA/FSA, Venmo, and UBCCP vouchers.
• Insurance patients are responsible for any copay, coinsurance, or deductible as determined by their plan. We will attempt to bill your insurance, but you may be responsible for the full amount if your claim is denied.
• All prices are subject to change. Current pricing is displayed during the booking process.

7. Refund Policy

If you paid online and cancel before your appointment, you are eligible for a full refund. Refunds are processed to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement. After a screening has been performed, payments are non-refundable.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of The Boob Bus, LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Boob Bus, LLC and its officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or our services. Our total liability for any claim related to the Site shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

The Boob Bus does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of this Site and is not responsible for any technical issues, including booking system downtime, that may prevent you from scheduling an appointment.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Boob Bus, LLC from any claims, losses, or damages (including attorney fees) arising from your use of the Site or violation of these Terms.

11. Privacy

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Salt Lake County, Utah.
