Program Description

The Boob Bus Appointment Reminders is an automated text message program that sends appointment confirmation, reminder, and referral sharing notifications to patients who have booked a mammogram screening with The Boob Bus and have opted in to receive SMS communications. Messages include appointment confirmation with a referral sharing link, appointment date, time, location details, preparation instructions for your mammogram visit, and an annual rescreening reminder.

Message Frequency

You will receive up to 3 text messages per scheduled appointment and up to 1 annual rescreening reminder:

• One booking confirmation message shortly after scheduling your appointment, which includes an invitation to share a referral link with friends and family.
• One reminder approximately 24 hours before your appointment.
• One reminder approximately 3 hours before your appointment.
• One rescreening reminder approximately 11 months after your last screening, notifying you that it may be time to schedule your next annual mammogram.

No additional marketing or promotional messages will be sent through this program.

Message & Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Your wireless carrier's standard messaging rates will apply to all messages sent and received. The Boob Bus is not responsible for any charges incurred from your wireless provider. Contact your carrier for details about your text messaging plan.

Opt-In & Consent

By checking the SMS consent checkbox during the online booking process at theboobbus.com/book, you expressly consent to receive automated appointment reminder text messages from The Boob Bus at the mobile number you provided. Consent is not required as a condition of booking an appointment or receiving any service from The Boob Bus.

Opt-Out Instructions

You can cancel SMS messages at any time. To stop receiving text messages from The Boob Bus, reply STOP to any message you receive. You will receive a single confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent unless you re-enroll.
