Location: 3200 S Decker Lake Dr, West Valley City, UT 84119 Maverik Center - in front near the hockey statues! Book your appointment with us for either a 3D screening mammogram (15 minutes) or cutting-edge 3D dense breast screening ultrasound (30 minutes)! The ultrasound is meant for women who have "dense breast tissue" (category C and D) listed on their mammography report. We can work with most insurers for the 3D mammograms, or self pay price is $299. Fewer insurers cover the dense breast ultrasound currently, and our self pay price is $399. Call us in advance for details! **NOTE: this is for screening only. Any individual with active concerns will need to speak with their medical provider for a diagnostic breast imaging referral at a local hospital.
