Location: River Oaks Golf Course 9300 Riverside Dr, Sandy, UT 84070 If you are 40 and up and have not had breast imaging in the last year, book your 3D screening mammogram and/or dense breast ultrasound on The Boob Bus in collaboration with The Salt Lake Women's Council of Realtors Charity Golf Tournament We accept most insurance plans for mammography. We are in-network with Select Health, Blue Cross, PEHP Summit Plan, Optum/AARP Medicare Advantage, and more. Exclusions include EMI, Tricare, PEHP Advantage, and a few others. We are not yet in network with UHC or Cigna and out of network deductibles may apply. Call 866-747-2662 for details. If you are not yet 40, you may still qualify for breast imaging and/or may wish to pay out of pocket for your baseline evaluation. The self-pay rate for a 3D mammogram is $299. Note that this is for SCREENING only (if you have a lump, breast pain, or other concerns you should speak with your provider and schedule a diagnostic exam). **If you are pregnant or nursing/breastfeeding, a screening mammogram is not recommended.
